Each cake serves 8-10 people

    sugar, flour (unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), confectioners’ sugar, butter (pasteurized cream, natural flavorings), whole milk, eggs (with citric acid), sour cream (cultured pasteurized light cream, nonfat milk, enzymes), lemon juice, vanilla extract (water, vanilla bean extractives, alcohol), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), sea salt, lemon zest (lemon peel, sugar, natural lemon flavor), natural purple food coloring (beet root color, spirulina extract, vegetable gum), lavender extract (organic compatible alcohol, natural flavors, lavender extractives)



  • Storage & Shipping Details

    This cake is made-to-order and promptly frozen. Although each box is carefully packed with ice packs and picked up for immediate shipment, it is normal for the cake and ice packs to partially or fully thaw during shipment. Upon receipt, please refrigerate or place in the freezer.

    This cake will stay fresh in the fridge for 5 days. If you wish to preserve your cake for longer, store it in the freezer for up to 1 month. Be sure to bring the cakes to room temperature before serving (remove cakes from the fridge 1-2 hours before serving).

    Items are prepared fresh and shipped directly from the shop.
