    butter (pasteurized cream, natural flavorings), confectioners’ sugar, sugar, eggs (with citric acid), sour cream (cultured pasteurized light cream, nonfat milk, enzymes), organic brown rice flour, potato starch, almond flour, pistachios, tapioca starch, sea salt, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), vanilla extract (water, vanilla bean extractives, alcohol), cardamom, xanthan gum, honey, citric acid

  • Storage & Shipping Details

    This cake is made-to-order and promptly frozen. Although each box is carefully packed with ice packs and picked up for immediate shipment, it is normal for the cake and ice packs to partially or fully thaw during shipment. Upon receipt, please refrigerate or place in the freezer.

    This cake will stay fresh in the fridge for 5 days. If you wish to preserve your cake for longer, store it in the freezer for up to 1 month. Be sure to bring the cakes to room temperature before serving (remove cakes from the fridge 1-2 hours before serving).

    Items are prepared fresh and shipped directly from the shop. 

    Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
