Dietary Restriction and Allergies

We are not a nut-free or certified gluten-free bakery, but we take the utmost care in cleaning our equipment and keeping ingredients separate from one another. That said, if you have a severe allergy, we recommend avoiding our product.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order here for Local Pre-Order Pick Up & Delivery or here for Nationwide Shipping.

What is the return (cancelation) policy?

Do you deliver in NYC?

Yes! You can place Pre-Orders on our website for local NYC delivery.  

  • Brooklyn local delivery $5.00 within a 2-mile radius of our bakeshops 7 days a week. 

  • Manhattan, parts of Queens, & most of Brooklyn delivery $16.00 from Monday through Friday. 

  • For any address outside this radius email orders@oven.ly for a delivery quote.

How can I get a last-minute cake for today?

Visit one of our locations! For last-minute treats & 6" cakes (Brooklyn Blackout, Celebration & Pistachio Cardamom) visit our bakeshops, first come, first served! We are unable to hold treats or take payment over the phone. We recommend visiting 1-2 days before you need a cake to see what is available. 

What are your best-sellers?

Our Salted Chocolate Chip Cookie (v), our Salted Peanut Butter Cookie (gf), and our Brooklyn Blackout Cake, to name a few!

How do I store my items and what is the shelf life?

  • Cookies stay fresh at room temperature for up to 5 days if wrapped or stored in an airtight container or can be stored in the freezer for 1 month.

  • Cakes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and up to 30 days in the freezer. Be sure to bring cakes to room temperature before serving (remove cakes from the fridge at least 1-2 hours before serving).

  • Quickbreads stay fresh at room temperature for up to 3 days if wrapped or can be stored in the freezer for 2 weeks.

Yes! Everything we make is a twist on tradition--with just the right amount of savory and sweet.
